Marlborough is the old Franklin Mall. The mall is located in the Northeast part of the city. This one level shopping mall features over 150 retail stores like American Eagle, Footlocker, Randy River, Urban Planet and Le Chateau. There are services inside such as Boys & Girls Club, Canada Employment Service, Bank of Montreal plus two department stores Wal-Mart and Sears. Marlborough Mall's Mal-Wart is one of the busiest stores in Western Canada which is open 24 hrs, 7 day a week. Although the size of the mall is relatively small, it is the busiest mall in Calgary due to its location and simplicity.

Marlborough C-Train Station is just across from the mall and next to major roads like Memorial Drive, 16 Ave and Deerfoot Trail.

It is fairly close to Sunridge Mall and The Forbidden City a Chinese and Asian themed mall in the northeast Calgary.
